FAQHow do I find my username and password?
A: Click “My Account” in the upper right-hand section of the website next to the date. Click “Forgot Password?” Submit the e-mail address you used when you registered. In moments, an e-mail will be sent to you with your username and password. If you haven’t had success with this method, please contact us.

What is your shipping policy?
A: Materials will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. East Coast orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. West Coast orders should arrive within 7-10 business days. If your shipment requires expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.233.0759. Orders up to $50.00 receive a $5.00 shipping charge. Orders over $50.00 receive a 10% shipping charge. For International delivery, materials will be shipped by most efficient method. Charges will be approximately 30% of cost of material, depending on your location.

Do I need to pay tax on my order?
A: Sales tax applies to CA, NC, and WA, and home addresses in PA, AR, IN, and OH.

What payment method is accepted?
A: Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. School orders require a purchase order number.

What is the Quick Cart?
A: You may already know the ISBN number of the product you wish to order from our catalog, a newsletter, promotion or previous experience. If so, you can use our Quick Cart feature and enter the ISBN number you want to order in the field provided. Once you choose the “go” button, your product will instantly appear in your cart. If you’d like to order more of that product, simply change your quantity and select “Update Subtotal”.

If you want to order more than one product, please click on the "Add Multiple Items" link. Enter the ISBN numbers and quantities you need in the appropriate fields.

For your convenience, our Quick Cart and "Add Multiple Items" ordering tools appear at the top of every page and will calculate your totals for you.

What if my search by ISBN or Quick Cart entry doesn't produce results?
A: The website is able to search for ISBNs using a few different formats. The formats listed below are the most easily accepted and should yield the best results.

The search feature will accept ISBNs with and without a hyphen before the last digit.

If you're looking for an individual student book or set, the ISBN number you are entering should be five characters (XXXXX) or six characters (XXXX-X).

If you're looking for a teacher's guide, the ISBN number you are entering should begin with a “K” and have six characters (KXXXXX) or seven characters (KXXXX-X).

If you’re entering an ISBN from the back of a Continental Press book that begins with 08, your search won’t produce results. You may want to search using another method, such as title or keyword.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I load my saved shopping cart?
A: The "My Account" button appears on every page. To load your saved shopping cart at any time just click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page and log in with your username and password. Your saved contents will be automatically added to your current shopping cart when you log in

I’m having some trouble viewing the website. What can I do?
A: To get the most visually pleasing experience, please use a monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 or greater.

What if I find a broken link?
A: Please report any broken links in our site through our contact form.

How do I view the “Interior Samples”?
A: The "Interior Samples" found throughout the website are PDF files that are meant to be viewed in Adobe Reader. This plug-in is available for free at Adobe’s website.

I can’t view the banners or product browser on the home page. What can I do?
A: The Continental Press website uses Flash to provide an interactive and engaging experience in shopping on our website. Please download the latest flash plug-in, which is available for free at the Adobe website
